By accessing or using Lagora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Lagora is operated by Lagora Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202554924D). When you accept these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement with Lagora Pte. Ltd., which acts as the service provider responsible for handling your data, processing your payments, and is the contracting counterparty for the Service. References to "we", "us", "our", and "Lagora" refer to Lagora Pte. Ltd.
Lagora is an AI conversation platform that allows users to create, share, and fork AI-powered conversations. The Service includes AI chat functionality, community features, and content sharing capabilities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing content on Lagora, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users in accordance with your chosen visibility settings. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
Conversations on Lagora involve AI models provided by third parties, routed on your behalf. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. Your use of these models is also subject to the acceptable-use and usage policies of the underlying provider serving your request; you agree to comply with those policies, and we may restrict or refuse access where a provider's terms require it.
You may not: abuse or disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorized access; use the Service for illegal purposes; harass other users; upload malicious content; circumvent usage limits; or violate any applicable laws. You also may not access or use the Service from any jurisdiction subject to U.S. sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine) or from any country where the AI provider routing your request does not permit access under its terms of service.
The Service is licensed to you for your own personal and internal use. You may not: resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the Service or its AI outputs available to third parties as a product or service of your own; wrap, proxy, or expose the Service or any of its endpoints as an API, relay, or aggregator; access the Service through automated, scripted, headless, or other non-human means except via interfaces we expressly provide; share, pool, or transfer accounts or credentials, or operate multiple accounts to multiply free allowances or circumvent rate limits, quotas, concurrency limits, or usage caps; or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or system prompts. Credits and quotas are a non-transferable license to consume compute, have no cash value, and may not be resold or transferred. We apply rate, concurrency, and automated abuse controls, and may suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts that trip them.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds and billing adjustments are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Fees and credits associated with an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse are non-refundable.
We may suspend, freeze, or terminate your account — including freezing credit spend — for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination or a freeze for breach, fraud, or abuse, any unused credits or balance may be forfeited without refund, and your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lagora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
