Lagora subscriptions renew automatically and are billed monthly in advance. Charges for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once paid, except for billing corrections, upgrade-related prorated adjustments, or the cases described in section 4 below.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Me → Usage & Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself refund the current billing period.
Paid plans include a daily or monthly credit allowance that is consumed as you use the Service. Credits are not money: they are not redeemable for cash, reset at the end of each billing period (monthly plans) or each day (daily plans), and do not carry over unless we explicitly say so. Promotional or complimentary credits are excluded from any refund calculation. Unused credits at the time of cancellation or refund are not separately refunded or converted to cash. If you use your own provider API keys (BYOK), any amounts charged by that provider are billed by them directly and are not subject to refund by Lagora.
We will refund or adjust charges in the following circumstances: duplicate charges resulting from a technical error on our side; charges that occur after a confirmed cancellation; upgrade-related replacement of an existing paid subscription, where the unused portion of the old plan may be prorated, refunded, or credited according to the payment processor result; sustained service unavailability caused by our failure, where the outage materially prevents use of the Service and we approve a prorated refund or credit; and where required by mandatory statutory rights in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Email contact@lagora.ai from the email address on your account with a brief description of the issue and the relevant transaction. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please contact us first if possible before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing issue. Nothing in this policy limits any chargeback, payment dispute, or consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement are governed by the laws of Singapore and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
