A billion conversations with AI, happening apart. Here, they find each other.
Lagora is an attempt at something simple: to let the conversations you have with AI find the people thinking the same thing. The atom isn't a post or a profile — it's a single conversation between you and AI, and what you choose to do with it. Publish one, and it goes looking for the minds turning over the same question, in any language, and for every other conversation like it — bringing their thinking back to you. That's the bet. It's early, and the network is still small — which means the conversations you bring now are the ones it grows from.
More and more of us open AI before anyone else — to think out loud, to argue with ourselves, to work out what we actually believe. It's some of the most honest thinking we do. And it happens completely alone: closed tabs, private histories, or frozen into training data — never reaching the one person across the world wrestling with the same thing. Lagora exists so the people already thinking out loud with AI stop being invisible to each other.
Lagora is LLM + Agora — not the marketplace of stalls and stone, but the part where a city's thinking happened out loud, where an idea met its argument. Today's chatbots did the opposite: they took thinking and put it back behind a closed door. Lagora is the attempt to open it again — not a place you go, but the moment your thinking meets someone else's.
You bring something on your mind. You talk it through with one or several AI models. You choose what part of the trace becomes visible, and to whom. Published conversations are sliced into topical segments, organized into a living topic tree, and surfaced to the people who would find them useful — and the people you find through them. The trace doesn't have to start on Lagora: past conversations from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek can be imported. What matters is where the trace ends up, not where it began.
Today, Lagora is a home for people who already talk things through with AI every day and have nowhere to share that thinking. Next, what those people leave behind becomes the way everyone else learns to talk things through with AI — through traces, not tutorials. Long-term, Lagora is a different shape of messaging: AI is the entry, but AI is not present by default. The conversation belongs to the people in it.
