How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Once signed in you can cancel anytime from Me → Usage & Subscription → "Billing, invoices & cancellation"; cancellation stops the next renewal and your paid access continues until the end of the current period.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades may take effect immediately and can involve prorated billing adjustments for the previous plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your credits top up automatically each cycle, so you can simply pick up where you left off at the next reset. If you'd like more headroom right away, you can move up a plan anytime.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Daily allowances reset at the start of each day and monthly allowances at the start of each billing period; whatever is left is not carried forward or refunded. The monthly equivalent shown on the daily plans is there to make daily and monthly plans comparable — it is not a balance you can save up and spend at once.
